Pricing

Prices are not negotiable and are based on the product, theme, and quantity.

Orders

Any order canceled less than 48 hours before its agreed-upon pickup date is neither refundable nor transferable.

Payments

Paypal or credit card. Cash payment possible upon pickup (contact us for the order).

Pickup Dates

Your order will be ready in 48 hours, subject to availability. Order as early as possible to ensure you get your cupcakes on time.

Pickups are possible from Wednesday to Saturday, 9 am to 10 am, then 4 pm to 6 pm (9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays).

Ingredients

All our products are prepared to order using fresh, quality ingredients. Ingredients used include: eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, milk, coffee, butter. Note: if a color other than cream is requested, the buttercream frosting will contain food coloring.

Allergens: Gluten, eggs, milk (1,3,7)

Non-Edible Decorations

Some creations may use non-edible decorations (e.g., wooden or plastic picks, ribbons). It is your responsibility to remove them before consuming the cakes.

Best Before Dates (DDM) and Storage

All our products are made to order. We cannot guarantee their quality if consumed more than 24 hours after the intended date. Our cakes are made with natural ingredients and do not contain the preservatives found in supermarket products.

Your cupcakes should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Do not put them in the refrigerator. Angie's Cupcakes will not be held responsible if you do not consume the cakes within 24 hours after the event and if they are stored improperly. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure this. Do not freeze.

Tutorial Videos

Please read the course content before purchasing, as no refunds will be issued.

Online tutorials purchased can only be viewed by logging into the Angie's Cupcakes website in the 'tutorial videos' section at the top of the page. They are not available for download. Once purchased, you can view the tutorial as many times as you wish.

Online tutorials (and the PDF sheet of the bouqcakes plan) are for individual use only; they must not be used for commercial purposes or posted on other sites and social networks. They must not be copied or shared.

Tutorials are in French only.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive goodwill, as good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain the dispute.

The Customer is required to ensure that their order conforms at the time of pickup. Once the order has been picked up, no claims of non-conformity will be accepted.

Complaints should be sent by post to the address: Angie's Cupcakes, 81 rue des Flammes 77700 Bailly Romainvilliers, France. Or by email to angiescupcakes77@yahoo.fr. After analysis and if the complaint is accepted by Angie's Cupcakes, a commercial gesture, credit, or refund will be offered to the Customer.

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the option to submit a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from their written complaint to the professional.

Angie's Cupcakes has designated SAS Médiation Solution as the consumer mediation entity, with registration number 53973/VM/2411.

To contact the mediator, the consumer must submit their request:

Regardless of the method of submission used, the request must imperatively contain:

  • The applicant's postal, telephone, and electronic contact details,
  • A brief statement of the facts,
  • A copy of the prior complaint,
  • All documents allowing the instruction of the request (purchase order, invoice, proof of payment, etc.)
